Payment issues may occur due to insufficient funds, expired cards, international banking restrictions, or incorrect billing information.     Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of course purchase through our student portal. Eligible refunds include technical issues preventing course access or dissatisfaction within the first week. Board exam preparation courses with success guarantees have specific refund policies. Contact our billing department with your order number for refund processing.

    Enter your discount code during checkout in the "Promo Code" field before completing payment. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided. Student discounts, early bird pricing, and bundle offers cannot be combined. Contact our admissions team if your valid discount code is not working properly.

    Student Account Management

    Log into your student dashboard and navigate to "Profile Settings" to update personal information, contact details, or educational background. Changes to certification tracking require verification documents. Professional licensing updates help us provide relevant continuing education recommendations. Save changes before logging out to ensure updates are processed.

    Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Academy email or manage preferences in your student dashboard under "Communication Settings." You can choose to receive only course updates, licensing reminders, or opt out completely. Important account and enrollment notifications cannot be disabled for active students.

    Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. Check your inbox for a password reset link within 10 minutes, including spam folders. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security. Contact technical support if you don't receive the email or need additional assistance with account access.
